Jontay’s place exceeded our expectations! Neat, clean, and decorated with class. One of the many benefits and beauties of this gem was the view you were able to wake up to everyday. Plenty of coffee choices to make as you make your way out to the back porch to enjoy your coffee while viewing and enjoying the sounds of the Bristol Harbor. Jontay was the best host, communicative and thoughtful. Will definitely be making this a first choice when we return! 5 star rating hands down!

What an absolutely charming, clean, beautiful home to stay in! It's beautifully decorated and has all of the right touches. We had everything we needed to cook in, relax at the beach ( awesome beach chairs!), and enjoy cocktails on the back porch while overlooking the East Bay and watching the boats sail by. You can walk to breakfast diners, restaurants ( don't miss Quito's!) and shops. The check-in was super easy, Jontay is an amazing host and communicated quickly with me if we had any needs ( which were nary a one). We would definitely stay here again!

We had a really nice 4 night stay at this house. It is very well located with lovely view of the harbor. The interior decoration is gorgeous with lots of light, a great kitchen, really nice bathroom and very comfortable beds. Jontay was super helpful and friendly. We would love to stay here again!

We could not have asked for a more perfect place for the long 4th of July weekend! From the back porch, we watched fireworks and listened to nightly concerts, and then viewed the parade from our front steps. The residence was immaculate - so clean and comfortable with luxurious bed linens and fresh fluffy towels. We especially appreciated details such as beach chairs, sunscreen, and a clothes steamer. Jontay, our host, was incredibly responsive to pre-booking questions about the property and so helpful during our stay with dining and activity recommendations. Super convenient location for day trips to Newport and nearby beaches. Highly recommend and hope to be back.
