Beds are equipped with a fitted sheet, two flat sheets and a blanket. Linens for the sleeper sofa, pillows, and blanket are in the closet. Airbnb Cancellation Policy: - To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking, and the cancellation must occur at least 14 days before check-in. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, you’ll be paid 50% for all nights. If they cancel after that, you’ll be paid 100% for all nights - We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that reimburses for prepaid, non-refundable expenses that may arise due to unforeseen circumstances that could jeopardize your vacation investment and would otherwise incur unplanned expenses as well.
Our stay here was great. It was an easy and quick walk to the beach. A lot of great places to eat near by. The pool area was great. We loved being on such a high floor because it drowned out the sound of the city at night. The bed was comfy and we loved being able to sit out on the balcony. The dresser and closet were helpful so we weren’t living out of a suitcase and we loved having the little kitchen area. We also had a barbecue on the pool deck which was so fun. The pool deck has several BBQ’s that are easily accessible. We stayed for over a week and were very happy here! Charlie and his team are great!
Great place and amazing host! It’s just like the pictures and we got to check in early which was very appreciated. It’s located on the 32nd floor so we got a nice view. We only had trouble with one thing and it was that very early in the morning you could hear the drilling from some construction that was either upstairs or on the same floor. Other than that we had a great time in this Airbnb, thank you Charlie!
Fantastic place to stay, close proximity to Beach and other Waikiki attractions. Good parking availability on street and in building. Lovely and quiet building, would stay here again
Our stay at Charlie's place was highly satisfactory- from check-in to our stay and the check-out process. He is responsive to all my questions and other clarifications I had. His place is brand spanking new and within walking distance of everything! I messaged him to ask about a prospective visit to the island soon, and I want to book his place for the next time.
