Had a very nice stay at Helgi’s place. We stayed in a very practical apartment with our family of 5 that got everything we needed and even a hot tub. The location is just outside of Akureyri in a countryside surrounding. Helgi was a great host, very responsive and available at location. Thank you so much, we will definitely consider to stay there again, next time we need accommodation in Akureyri 🥰

The apartment was very nice and comfortable. We loved the balcony. My only complaint was that the walls were very thin. There are two apartments on the second floor where we were located and we could hear our neighbors very late into the night.

Helgi's place was very spacious and in a good location, only a few minute drive to the cute town of Akureyri and close to many good restaurants and a grocery store. Helgi was very friendly and responsive to our request for more towels and trying to help figure out the TV. The shower could use a better seal at the bottom (we needed to use a towel to prevent water from flowing out onto the bathroom floor). Other than that, everything was great and we would definitely stay here again. Thanks, Helgi!
