We had the time of our lives aboard the Rafiki! Marlene and Captain Loud were fantastic hosts and did a great job of showing us around this beautiful island. We snorkelled, swam with rays and sharks, hiked, enjoyed Marlene’s fantastic cooking, and were entertained by their amazing stories every day! Thank you for the incredible experience <3

My husband and I decided to come to French Polynesia for our honeymoon. It was the best decision, followed by booking with Marlene and Loud. It was an even better experience than we imaged, from Marlene’s 5 star cooking, Loud’s stories and charismatic personality, and the coziness of Rafiki (their boat). French Polynesia itself is unbelievable, and they made sure we saw all we could in the 4 short days we had with them. We snorkeled with whales, sharks, sting rays, and plenty of fish. We went on a hike, spear fished, and sailed. It was truly the most magical vacation we could have asked for and booking with Marlene and Loud was a big part of that! I promise you won’t be disappointed.

Marlene and Loud were the best hosts of this unique Airbnb! My husband and I loved spending time on their sailboat - leaning about sailing, sharing stories and participating in the amazing activities on and off the water in Moorea. We enjoyed Marlene’s fabulous meals, all made in her efficient and well stocked mini kitchen. They took amazing care of us and shared everything they had on the boat. Their hospitality is unlimited. We only wished we had more time to spend with them on the water. Book with them if they have an opening, it is an Airbnb home and experience to remember!

Marlène and Loud were absolutely delightful. Once we boarded the yacht, we instantly felt welcome. All of our requests were not only honored but we felt each exceeded our expectations. Marlene is a wonderful cook and does amazing things in her tiny kitchen. We requested a few specific dishes and she happily fulfilled our desires. We felt this was a once in a lifetime experience from living aboard to visiting beautiful beaches and snorkeling in the clear waters, we could not have been happier with the experience.
