Это очень приятное, чистое жилье, с массой милых мелочей, полностью оборудованной кухней и вообще всем необходимым во время пребывания. Чистота безупречная, очень приятный вежливый хозяин. Заселились легко, выселились тоже. Дом находится в 10 минутах езды от аэрапорта, до пляжа пешком около 15 минут. Квартира компактная но обставлена с умом, все очень удобно. Отличная цена для такого места. В доме достаточно хороший бассейн и есть спортзал, которыми хочется пользоваться. За время пребывания у нас не возникло никаких проблем.

The flat itself is beautifully furnished. Unfortunately, the isolation of the flat is very poor so during the night you cannot sleep peacefully because you hear everything from the sound of the elevator, your neighbors going in the hall, and then the outside sounds as well. Besides that, during our stay, the reconstruction of the rooms in our hall started and we were not informed about it at all by our host it was extremely noisy and messy and the workers did not pay attention to the fact that there were people on their holidays in the building. Our host communicated with us but did not take any action steps to improve our situation. This unpleasant situation led to us moving out from this apartment and the Airbnb support helped us with the settlement.

Our two-week stay at this Airbnb unit was thoroughly enjoyable. From the outset, the check-in and check-out processes were seamless, adding to the ease of our experience. The unit itself provides a bright and fresh atmosphere, offering a cozy space that feels surprisingly more spacious than the photos suggest. Modern amenities such as fast internet, a smart TV, and kitchen appliances enhanced our stay, while the exceptionally comfortable bed, complete with pillows of different stiffness, ensured restful nights. A standout aspect of our stay was the host’s remarkable hospitality. He was not only friendly and responsive but also incredibly patient in addressing all our inquiries. His recommendation for a local car rental was particularly helpful. Regarding the location in Nai Yang, I strongly suggest arranging private transport, like a car or scooter. While the beach is a manageable 12-minute walk away, accessing other attractions is far more convenient with your own transport.
