Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. A total of 10 acres of rural beauty, filled with much quiet and teaming with wildlife. A morning cup of coffee on the porch could include encounters with anything from deer to turkeys with cries of hawks as a backdrop. Sit on the screened patio at night and listen for the owls and whippoorwill. A place of respite and restoration. Home is ADA compliant, ramp to single step into front door upon request. 2 bedroom, 1 bath efficiently designed house with a unique 3 sided screened in wrap around porch that is very private. The bathroom has a large walk-in/roll in shower with a bench and an extra long spray nozzle. The entire property is fenced and the house has a fenced backyard. This is a rural property so bugs can be expected.

Carrol's place was Phenomenal, weve stayed at many places an this one was the Best . Anything we needed she had in there for us. Loved the Peacefulness best of all, everything was Clean. The Wild life was so cool also to see. I recommend 100% for a Great Stay!!

We had a nice stay. We go camping with family at Manatee springs every year. This year we had a two year old and one month old with us so we stayed at Carrol’s place instead of camping. It is very close to the park and had just what we needed. Fresh eggs for breakfast were very nice and our 2 year old enjoyed seeing the chickens. The place was spotless and very quiet.

We had a great day. The fresh eggs from their chickens was a nice touch. It fit our purpose and was very close to the Springs that we visited. I highly recommend their home away from home…
