Hello! We are Hannah and Mark. We live on the farm with our two children, Ollie 13 and Ebony aged 9 who are both home educated. Mark runs the farm with his dad and Hannah runs the glamping business.. Hawes Farm has been in the Terry family for three generations. 2015 after a loss of career for Hannah due to environmental illness we needed to diversify the farm for a second income. Having shepherds huts to rent out to share the special areas on our farm seemed the perfect option. Little did we know that we would be met with fierce opposition by the local authority. Thankfully we won 10 against 2 at a committee meeting. As well as our woodland and valley huts we also now offer 2 Stargazer tents for the summer months. A new addition to the farm in 2021 were our first goats Custard and Mustard who were unwanted dairy boys. We began goat walking with them summer 2021 and so many people have enjoyed their fun characters that we decided to take on another 2 unwanted boys this year 2022. Carrot and Parsnip have now joined the herd. So come and stay in one of our huts or tents and enjoy a fabulous goaty experience too! We look forward to welcoming you to our beautiful farm.
