It was a pleasure to stay in Jay's apartment. Easy to find, close enough to be walkable and bikeable to anywhere I wanted to go, clean as a whistle, and with all of the amenities I needed. Jay and his team were very responsive and proactive. The door code which was assigned was personal to me, and made me feel more safe and secure. The building itself is also well-secured and easy to access. This apartment is literally across the street from a grocery store, which was incredibly convenient. Bookers should note that the layout of the apartment is unusual, and there is no door to the bedroom. This isn't a problem for those traveling alone, but it does also permit light from the street to get into the bedroom even when the shades are drawn. If you're a really light-sensitive sleeper, you may want to bring an eye mask. Also note that the coffee maker only takes pods, not loose ground coffee (I should have checked before I bought coffee!)

Everything was exactly as described, and we really appreciated the detailed instructions that Jay provided prior to our arrival. Even more important was how promptly he responded to any questions we had, which helped make both check-in and check-out a breeze.

Easy to contact, large place with everything you need, close by to downtown San Diego. Would stay again.
