Pretty good house with a nice location. My only complaint is the lack of amenities specifically bathroom amenities. There was no extra towels/rags and no soap. The bathroom upstairs has poor pipes and since we had to buy our own plunger the bathroom was out of order for a minimum 24 hours. On my first night 1 of my friends stayed the night as he lives in the area and Jaime tried charging an extra 80$ (122$) for his stay even though I was in my allowed limit of guest however I believe that whole interaction happened because of a language barrier. Once we were texting in Spanish it got resolved pretty quick the jump to conclusion is a little upsetting tho. And besides the feelings of being constantly watched thru the front door camera this place was pretty good. Right next to Wawa for some late night food and it’s real quiet n peaceful

This modern house felt new and freshly cleaned. Location is in an older neighborhood, but worked well for us, close to downtown area, shopping, breweries and restaurants. Overall we were happy with the accomodations. There were a few negatives: only 1 bath towel per person was provided, no hand towels and 1 washcloth per bathroom (there were 4 of us, 2 couples, we had to go buy more washcloths at Walmart), also note no hair dryer is provided. Ice maker didn't work and no ice trays were provided. There were only 4 sets of dishes and silverware for 4 people. Also of note if you have mobility issues, the 2 larger beds (Q&K) are upstairs and share a hall bathroom. There is a half bath downstairs. And there is a third bedroom downstairs with a full bath, but we were only given access to the other bedrooms, since we only needed 2 bedrooms.

Weekend stay was worth the price. The location is in a diverse neighborhood. Neighbors to the right were very friendly. Multiple abandoned vehicles to the left (that was growing weeds/plant from underneath) was an eye sore, no fault to Jaime though. Smoke detector/fire alarms were very sensitive to steam/smoke from the Air Fryer. House was immaculately clean. I will definitely stay again if I'm in the area.
