Nice big house that comfortably fit 21 people and could’ve fit more

Shady bait-and-switch. We saw mixed reviews on Puneet but decided to book the listing for "Secluded Paradise: Luxe Rental" for a ski weekend in January as it was the largest house we could find to accommodate our multi-family gathering. Puneet communicated via Airbnb platform to provide check-in instructions and answer questions, so things seemed reassuring. However, upon arrival on the day of check-in, we discovered that the house was already being occupied by another group, who showed us their reservation on a non-AirBnb platform for the same exact house, with identical photos, address, door code, and internet passcode. It was immediately clear that Puneet had double-booked us. I immediately messaged Puneet with no reply (for 5hrs) and when we called the number she provided with check-in info, a man offered to clean a separate house for us. We did not accept this unlisted and shady bait-and-switch offer. Thankfully, Ralph at Airbnb helped us find another suitable house.

I couldn’t give them less then 5 stars on the whole stay because my family and I had a great time and the place in many, many ways was great. The only downside that happened is the garage doors did not work or the hot tub, it did not slow down or take away the beautiful place with the right amount of amenities. Can’t wait for us all to come back again next year. Be back soon!
