I stayed at Joseph place for 9 days without hot water to bath, we were using the kettle. At some point checking the hot water tank, there was electric shock. We complained but the host responded few days later that it was a general problem in the estate. We were in black out twice for some hours and it was scary and unexpected. Guest assistant was great, Mr Monday was the saving angel, always a call away to assist. The main road was a disaster, pot holes and water flooding the road and makes it nasty with dirty smelly odour. Once you are off the road to the main estate, it was nice quite and reserved. Overall is good.

This place looked as advertised. I will recommend it to anyone going to this part of town. There is an intention to make your stay as comfortable as possible and the host very available to discuss with you.

From the beginning when I got to the apartment it wasn’t clear but when I called Mr. Joseph and tell him the situation he was able to contact the cleaning service that came right away to clean. That I really appreciate. Customer service was top-notch whenever I needed something he was a call away.
