Once the reservation was made, David was very responsive. The location is excellent, very private and right on a sandy beach. There’s only one parking spot right in front (no garage). The kitchen is well equipped. The listing didn’t mention small amenities like coffee or cooking oil but I found coffee, tea and several spices in the cabinet. There were some small disrepair items but nothing major. Perhaps expected from oceanfront weather. The bathrooms are well stocked but bring your own beach towels. There’s a convenient outdoor shower on the deck. The master bedroom has a wonderful view of the ocean. The mattress is very soft. There’s a small patio where you can enjoy your coffee right in front of the waves (my favorite) The best part of this house is definitely the direct private access to the beach. The upstairs also has a patio with a few chairs to watch the sunset and the dolphins swim by. We enjoyed our stay.
