The house is in the historic centre of the village, 2-3 minutes from shops, supermarket, church and leisure area. There are swimming pools (in summer) and public gym where you can buy daily entrance or vouchers for different periods. The village has a variety of shops, supermarket, bars, restaurants, Casa de Cultura, Circuito de Los Arcos where you can enjoy motoring and karting activities. From the 14th to the 20th of August the village fiestas are held where you can enjoy various events and celebrations for children and adults.

Los Arcos is a municipality in the region of Navarre, in the merindad of Estella. It is very well located and well connected by the A-12 that links Pamplona and Logroño: 28 km from Logroño, 58 km from Pamplona and 61 km from Vitoria, cities with a wealth of history and culture that can be reached from the village by public transport at a very good price or by private vehicle in less than 1 hour. The location is perfect for wine tourism (you can visit 3 wineries in the village and others within a radius of less than 100 km), rural tourism (source of the Urederra, Urbasa mountain range, Lóquiz mountain range, Codes mountain range, ...), the Pilgrim's Way to Santiago, The Camino de Santiago, Los Arcos circuit, visiting neighbouring provinces (La Rioja, Álava, Zaragoza) and even visiting a village in the south of France on a day trip
