The beach house is inside Quintas del Mar, a gated community. Conveniently located in the middle of Rosarito Beach. Only two short blocks from the beach, a less than 5 min walk from the house. The community includes 2 pools , tennis/basketball court and a green area to have picnics or playtime with family and 2 restaurants with beautiful views. Everyone is welcome! High ceilings, new appliances, furniture, mattress, high quality linens, new remodeled bathrooms and a complete kitchen. From the front door and living room you have a view of the ocean and at night the waves can be heard before you fall asleep. Security guards patrol the streets every 15 minutes and kids are safe on the streets. The property is meticulously maintained, and the interior is professionally cleaned and checked before each guest. Self check-in is easy, and management is quickly accessible and available for questions and recommendations.. Our goal is that you have everything you need for a relaxing vacation/getaway. . PETS: Pets are more than welcome as long they are house trained. Not big breeds (or please communicate with me for any special needs). We provide a child/pet gate for the main door, it is about 3 feet tall. Dogs should not be left unattended inside the house and should always be on a leash while outdoors. If a potty or any other accident happens please clean up as soon as possible and report to me so we can focus on the area to sanitize it. Dogs are not allowed in beds or furniture. Main bedrooms: Is a Master suite with a new king bed, seating area and it's own bathroom. The second bedroom is spacious and includes with 2 new queen beds. The second bathroom is just outside this bedroom. Kitchen — Equipped with full-size fridge, electric stove top and oven, toaster, and blender. It is also furnished with plates, bowls, eating and cooking utensils, pots and pans, bake ware, and mixing bowls/cups. If you're missing anything in the kitchen during your stay please let us know and we'll do our best to get it to you. New washer and dryer are next to the kitchen area. Open concept living room/kitchen area and fireplace. The living room has a nice big sectional couch and a new 55" TV and you can log into your personal Amazon, Netflix, and Hulu accounts. Free fast WiFi is available in the home. (The televisions are not connected to traditional cable.) Parking - There are two tandem parking spaces assigned for this home. Check-in and check out is simple; an email will be sent a few days before your arrival with detailed instructions. Ask us for to provide early check-in or late check-out and we will try our best to accommodate if there is no other guest the night before or new guest arriving on the day of your departure. Security Cameras — For your safety and ours, there are surveillance cameras outside of the home and around the property. There NO cameras inside of the home. Your privacy, safety, and comfort is our #1 concern. The cameras protect both of us in case of something happening.
