As stated in listing, the home is located in an underdeveloped area and we felt a bit uneasy after actually arriving at the location. Overall, neighborhood was quiet but did have many stray cats and trash in neighbors yards which host cannot control but doesn’t help curb appeal. We did have a few cockroaches in our bedroom and the water pressure in the main shower was very lacking. I appreciated Nicole allowing us to check in earlier and she was extremely responsive and helpful. For what we paid for, I felt the home was adequate and did just what it needed to do for our weekend in Austin. Beds were clean and comfortable and house is conveniently close to the airport.

What a lovely find in Austin! Nicole’s home was clean and tidy from the moment we walked in! The house was well appointed and very peaceful. We loved the neighborhood; I’ve seen a few people comment that they weren’t expecting the “surroundings” but we never had an issue. The neighbors were quiet and the home was very conveniently located to anything we wanted to do. Comfy beds, clean linens, a fridge and the cutest chicken coop you’ve ever seen. Who could ask for anything more!
