In a family atmosphere we welcome you to our chalet "Les Charmettes***" located in the old village of La Rosière ski resort. "Les Boutons d'Or" is a 60m² apartment with balcony, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom. Terrace, southern exposure, minimum 8h of sun in winter, 180 degree view on the valley 10 minutes walk from the center, ski return possible, parking in front of the chalet, bus stop at 50m, sport shop partnership, ski locker and ski boots dryer In a stone and wood style, we welcome you in the apartment "Les Boutons d'Or" located on the second floor of the family chalet. The apartment consists of a bright living room with large windows overlooking the balcony of 10m ². There is no overlooking with the neighborhood, the balcony offers a clear view of the entire valley of the Tarentaise and Mont Pourri. The kitchen is open in the living room and is fully equipped (oven, microwave, dishwasher). The living room is facing south and east with a couch convertible into one double beds, a flat screen TV and DVD player. The first bedroom offers an eastern exposure. It is composed by two bunk beds and one double bed. The first bathroom is equipped with a bath. Toilets are separated. The is a second bedroom with south exposure. It is composed by two single beds. The second bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilets.

Appartement propre et bien agencé, très bien équipé, avec une vue exceptionnelle ! Les hôtes sont très sympathiques, disponibles et de bons conseils. Casier à ski top avec le sèche chaussures. Bien placé dans le village : au calme et accès piéton simple. Proche navette. Accès voiture et stationnement très simple. Super séjour en résumé !

Un séjour à la montagne parfait. Vue magnifique. Des hôtes toujours disponibles et très sympas. Environnement très calme et ensoleillé. Seul petit bémol … décors plutôt ancien … A recommander

Très beau séjour d'une semaine aux Charmettes à La Rosière en plein été caniculaire, en famille. L'appartement est très agréable, très bien équipé, avec une vue panoramique magnifique. Commerces alimentaires accessibles à pieds dans la station. Accueil par les propriétaires très sympathique, personnalisé. Randonnées avec beaux panoramas accessibles directement depuis la station. La Rosière étant avant tout une station de ski, ne pas hésiter à suivre les conseils de randonnées (décrites dans un cahier mis à disposition par les propriétaires) quelques kilomètres à la ronde pour retrouver une nature plus sauvage.

Très belle propriété dans un emplacement parfait. Bien meublé et équipé. Toutes commodités à proximité. Très belle vue depuis le balcon.

Located in the heart of La Haute Tarentaise, 1850m above sea level, on a south-facing balcony, La Rosière is a friendly resort built between forests and pastures in the respect of the architectural traditions of the mountains.
The old village is a quiet neighborhood, with little traffic. The balconies and the sledge area in front of the chalet are not overlooked. The chalet is located in the heart of the old village, below the tennis courts, at the start of the hiking trails. We are located near the shopping center « Les Terrasses » (300 meters) where there is bakery, supermarket, cinema, and sports shop. The path brings you also to La Rosière center where there is the Tourist Office is (500meters)
In addition to be a family-friendly resort, the Rosière is a trail running station in the summer and a ski touring station in the winter. We enjoy an international ski area with 180km of slopes. Depending on the snow conditions, a return by ski to the chalet is possible.
La Rosière resort is open from Saturday 11 December 2021 to Saturday 23 April 2022 for the winter season. The shops, ski lifts and activities of the Tourist Office will open again for the summer season on mid June 2022.

You can park for free in front of Les Charmettes chalet. We offer additional covered parking.
The proximity of the resort center allows you to walk all week long. In winter, a free shuttle reaching ski slopes of La Rosière and Les Eucherts stops at 50 meters from the chalet. The bus runs every 15 minutes and also serves the resort centers in less than 10 minutes.
The location of the chalet in the old village gives direct access to the departures of hiking trails. To facilitate your hikes, a summer shuttle is at your disposal. From Bourg Saint Maurice, it allows you to come back from your walks in the valley. The bus crosses the village of Séez, Montvalezan villages , the resort of La Rosière and the Col du Petit Saint Bernard.
