Very nice apartment, within 10 minute walk to the best beach!

We stayed at Jane and Dennis’s gorgeous ocean front house for 3 nights, which was too short of a stay. Wish we could have stayed longer. Jane and Dennis are the most warm, welcoming people you could hope to meet. Our accommodation was spotless and comfortable. We are so looking forward for a return visit.

My wife & I stayed @ The Glass House for one week in February, 2024. Jane & Denis were great hosts - from communications during the booking process, suggestions for places to visit and where to eat and driving us to some of our activities. Bathway beach is a 5 minute walk and I swam there every day. We ate lunch @ Sauteurs and experienced a local bus ride back to River Salle. We had a great dinner @ the Armadillo restaurant and lunch @ Petit Anse. We also toured the Belmont Estate. We really enjoyed our stay - away from the busyness and blessed with beautiful weather. We would definitely stay here again!

Denis was an excellent host and went above and beyond to help us enjoy our stay by taxiing us around to local sites of interest - Belmont Cocoa Plantation, Petite Anse, local restaurants etc. The apartment was a delight - modern, clean and well furnished and a kitchen that was well stocked with pans, utensils etc. Denis also invited us to join a local walk to Duquesne beach where we enjoyed meeting other tourists/expats. The Glasshouse is about 10 minutes walk to the swimming part of Bathway beach. This beach has facilities, bars and cafes. Local buses are also accessible if you walk 20 minutes to River Sallee. We really enjoyed the area as it is very beautiful and untouristy - a dramatic contrast to the south of Grenada.

My wife and I have just come back from a trip to Grenada where we visited different towns and beaches all around the beautiful Caribbean island. One of our favourite places was quiet Bathway Beach and the pretty Airbnb apartment where we stayed for 3 nights: The Glass House. The Glass House is a lovely property facing the ocean. Bathway Beach is a 5-minute walk away, and so at night we easily fell asleep to the sound of waves. Our spacious and squeaky clean apartment was very comfortable. We also took advantage of its well equipped kitchen. Most of all, we appreciated our super hosts. As we were travelling by public transportation during the Christmas holidays, we needed Jane and Denis’s expertise in getting to this less frequented part of the island. Jane and Denis were of great help in making our trip to Bathway both possible and wonderful. Many thanks. Claude P. (Canada) PS.
