While the place is large, it is definitely in need of maintenance repairs and cleaning. When we arrived the staircase had pet hair all over it and the crib had urine all over one corner of the pad. After expressing concern, the host did come by to vacuum and provide a new crib. There were a lot of maintenance issues: the master bathroom had 3 light bulbs not working, the master bathroom vent was about to fall from the ceiling, the laundry door was broken, not closing/opening correctly, & the table by the couch had dust on top of it. There are definitely some inconveniences that occurred: outdoor sprinklers would go off right around 6pm so we could not eat outside without getting sprayed or without the table/chairs getting wet; & apparently you can not open the windows/doors for longer than 3 min. without the AC shutting off but to the point where someone has to come and reboot it. If that were to happen, you would be charged $150. Lastly you are given only 6 hangers to use in master.

The place was just like the pictures. Easy check in and check out. Great recommendations for surrounding things to do. Nice pool area and had access passes to a nice beach and the hilton resort which was beautiful.

The condo looks just like pictures! Nicely decorated, comfortable, has all the beach stuff, the entire complex is beautifully landscaped and maintained. Best part for us was the space in the living room - all seven of us were able to comfortably sit and do our own thing (everyone had homework/work). Worst part was probably the showers - slow drain in the primary shower so you’re standing in two inches of water. Other than that my main issue is that nothing is within walking distance (except the pool). You have to drive to everything. Restaurants, activities, shopping, the beach - we never did find the bay in the pictures. And I’m a walker! Even if we didn’t have young children with us we wouldn’t have wanted to walk the distance to everything.

We had a wonderful Hawaii vacation stay! Beautiful condo with plenty of room for our four adults and three children. We would book this place again!!!

Great place for our family. The morning view of the mountain from the balcony was a highlight. Kitchen was well stocked. Comfortable and clean. Proximity to pool was a plus.
