The pictures are extremely misleading! This house is NOT near the beach. You have to drive. I had no idea that this was a Stepford Wives/Barbie Town/Whoville sort of place. It was odd. I felt like I was on a movie set. This place is WAY overpriced for what you get-pay attention to the details. I also had no idea that check-in time was 5pm. I have never in my life had a check in time that late. We didn't get into the place until 5:40 because they were still cleaning it. So basically we had 17 hours- They did give me a discount because they said the air-conditioning was out- but it was the fireplace that didn't work. My son fixed it. The pool was overcrowded so we couldn't use it- and it is adult swim in the morning so the kids never got to swim, which is one of the reasons we chose this place. One of the parks was closed. Lastly, the town has 1 coffee house for hundreds of homes. We had to drive to Ocean Shores for Coffee and breakfast. I will never return to this overpriced movie set!

My family and I had a great night and day in Seabrook. We booked it last minute during a trip to the Rainforest. We were traveling with a family of 4 adults and 4 kids and enough space for us all. The home was exactly like the pictures and the neighbors and neighborhood were really nice. There is plenty to do in the town square and the beach is a short walk from there. We were able to get food late the first night and there were breakfast options at 0800 the next morning. Overall great stay. Would definitely recommend!!

Loved our stay in Seabrook! The house was great for our family including the dog — fenced yard area, easy walk to downtown area and beach, and peaceful ambiance. We plan to come back soon!
