We had good impressions from staying in these apartments. Everything was exactly as described, and the 11th-floor location offered peace and quiet. We were pleasantly surprised by the daily cleaning provided by the staff, making our stay even more comfortable. The location next to the Mall of the Emirates was ideal for shopping and dining. Thanks to Feroz and the team for their hospitality!

The place was as expected, clean, smell good and easy to find. Check-in check- out was smoothly. It will not be the last for me to book here and yes i can say i recommend the place.

We spent two nights at this apartment, and it was great. The spacious balcony with seating arrangment was perfect. Check-in and check-out processes were smooth, the staff were super helpful and friendly. Moreover, the location was great, being conveniently close to Mall of the Emirates, Lulu, and the Metro station. And if you're hungry or craving for a cup of karak chai, you'll find plenty of options nearby. I highly recommend this place.

My second time in Dubai and I would definitely highly recommend this apartment which is in a great area, walkable distance to the Mall of the emirates which has everything you need, including the metro. Location of apartment is easy to find with convenient supermarts just across the road as well. It is a bustling area so do expect some noise from downstairs. Check-in was smooth, host Feroz was very responsive with any enquiry, and we appreciated the daily cleaning service provided. Reception helpdesk was also very responsive with any issues. Apartment size was spacious and both bed and shower were comfortable. We had an extremely pleasant stay!
