𝗗𝗜𝗦𝗖𝗟𝗔𝗜𝗠𝗘𝗥 𝗙𝗢𝗥 𝗙𝗔𝗠𝗜𝗟𝗜𝗘𝗦 𝗪𝗜𝗧𝗛 𝗜𝗡𝗙𝗔𝗡𝗧𝗦 (𝗨𝗡𝗗𝗘𝗥 𝟮 𝗬𝗘𝗔𝗥𝗦) 𝗔𝗡𝗗 𝗬𝗢𝗨𝗡𝗚 𝗖𝗛𝗜𝗟𝗗𝗥𝗘𝗡: This property is not child proof and the backyard is not fully fenced. Please do not leave your child unattended. PET: There is a pet fee of $50/pet per day. No additional animals unless approved in advance with an additional fee. Backyard is not fully fenced so it’s important that your dog MUST NOT be left unattended, and you agree to curb after your pup. The guest remains liable for any and all damage caused by a pet/Service Animal/ESA and they may not be on furniture. Minimum $300 non-refundable fee for any undisclosed animal or not curbing after your dog. 𝗢𝗨𝗧𝗗𝗢𝗢𝗥 𝗖𝗔𝗠𝗘𝗥𝗔𝗦 Please note...there are cameras located at the driveway, backyard and entrances of the property. These are solely on the exterior of the property. Footage remains private and may be used for liability reasons and to monitor occupancy and other property policies. It is in no way infringing upon the expectation of privacy in these public areas.
