Elegant apartment in modern and industrial style, a few steps away from the historic center and Sant’Orsola Hospital. The apartment is on the first floor of a building with an elevator, in an area well connected to the city center. The entrance opens onto the living room, furnished with a corner sofa convertible in a double bed, a dining table, a Tv and a modern open-plan kitchen with a table peninsula and stools and fitted with amenities including a dishwasher, an oven and an espresso coffee machine. A metal staircase leads to the mezzanine where the sleeping area, equipped with a queen-size bed and a wardrobe, is located. A bathroom with shower completes the layout. Free wifi, air conditioning and heating will be available in the accommodation. We also offer to our guests truly authentic experiences to live like a local. Great location. Really nice apartment. Excellent overall!
Stayed there for a week. They were late for the agreed upon check-in time. Before that I was contacted by 3 different numbers to agreen on a time. In the description it is stated that they offer oil, salt and pepper (basics for cooking and and an important reason for me to choose this apartment). Askes the number where that is to be found, they told me that they don't provide it. Send them a screenshot that that was specifiacly stated, no answer tonthat. They have a washing machine but no laundry detergent. A iron without a ironing tabel. The oven wasn't working. I reported it, messesge was seen and I got no answer. But they did inform me multiple times that they offer tours. It was dusty and I had a runny nose and aching eyes the whole stay (dust allergy), even my partner who isn't allergic to dust had troubles with it. The apartment is really noisy. The first night I thought someone has broken in. It was just the refrigieator. All in all bad communication, nothing works, too loud
Gute Lage, Busverbindungen gleich in der Nähe. Die Betreiber sollten den Standort besser beschreiben (es ist nich die 2 sondern 2/3 dessen Eingang direkt auf der Hauptstraße via Mazzini liegt.
출장기간동안 머무르기 좋은 숙소였습니다. 넓은 공간과 복층으로 이루어진 집이었으며, 각종 주방기구 및 가전들의 성능 또한 아주 훌륭했습니다. 단, 2가지 아쉬운점이 있습니다. [온수 보일러] 온수를 사용할 수 있는 용량이 제한적입니다. 설거지 -> 식기세척기 -> 샤워 위와 같이 순서를 진행했을 때, 온수가 나오지 않아서 고생했습니다. 찬물로 샤워하고 싶지 않다면, 샤워를 먼저 꼭 하세요 [정전] 3-4가지 가전기구들을 동시에 사용한다면 정전이 됩니다. 후드 / 전자레인지 / 인덕션 / 라디에이터 / 식기세척기 / 세탁기 수동적으로 전원을 작동하는 이 제품들중 3-4개가 동시에 작동된다면 정전됩니다. 정전될때마다 1층으로 내려가서 퓨즈박스를 점검해야합니다. 이거 굉장히 불편합니다.

Its soul is in the medieval old town, one of the biggest in Europe, dotted in taverns, workshops and theaters, characterized by almost 40 km of porticoes. In the city center there is Piazza Maggiore, where the charm of medieval buildings is perfectly combined with modernity. Not to be missed are the Fountain of Neptune by Giambologna and the Medieval Towers, “Torre degli Asinelli” and “Torre della Garisenda”, part of a rich cultural heritage preserved in several museums, art galleries and religious buildings. It is allowed to leave Bologna only after having tried its gastronomic products, among which mortadella, tortellini, ragù alla bolognese while sipping famous Doc wines from the Bologna hills! Rich in exhibitions, fairs and cultural events, Bologna can surprise you in every season.
Around 2,5 km from the apartment there is the central train station, while the airport is less than 30 minutes away by car.
