Hello I am Gemma, Firstly I would like to welcome you, I am a professional host who owns 4 holiday let properties plus a number of long term lets throughout the UK. I grew up in Lytham St Annes in Lancashire and from here ventured far and wide spending time working is West Africa, Canada, Norway and spent a couple of years living in Thailand, so you could say I am a well-seasoned traveler. I have now been working as a host for the last 2 years and have to say I love it, I take real pleasure in assisting our guests, making sure they have a wonderful stay and really making their whole experience something to remember. I am not only involved in the guest experience but in the building and design concept of each of my properties that I own, this is also a real passion of mine, so when a guest comments on how beautiful one of my places is, it really means so much. During your stay I am always available to answer your questions, provide recommendations and generally just be of help to ensure your stay is nothing but a pleasure.
