A stone's throw from the center of Stockholm lies this unique accommodation floating in the water. The room has a 105cm bunk bed, desk and an armchair. Its located in the basement below the waterline. Enjoy a swim or a walk along the water. Aprox 15min walk to the bus or ferry. You live in this amazing floating house, close to town with all its necessities. The room is in the basement and has for obvious reasons no windows when it is below the waterline. The room is aprox 14m2 and it has a comfortable 105cm bunk bed, desk, armchair and wardrobe. 15min walk to the bus that takes you to Slussen in 10 min. The slope from my house to the busstop can seem a bit challenging. 15 min walk to Nacka Strand from where you can take the ferry into Stockholm city

Anna and Mikael are great hosts and I had a very pleasant time staying there. Everything went super smoothly - the accommodation itself is quite memorable, welcoming and unique. I can absolutely recommend a visit to anyone who is looking for something a little out of the ordinary.

Eine wunderschöne Unterkunft direkt am Wasser. Anna und Mikael sind sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und reagieren schnell auf Anfragen. Ich würde die Unterkunft immer wieder für einen Stockholm-Trip buchen.
I would highly recommend Annas place. She and Mikael made me feel so welcome and let me arrive late. Although I was busy because of a congress I always felt welcomed and was looking forward to come back after long days. The house is beautiful and cosy and the possibility to jump into the water is amazing.

The proximity to the water is hard to beat. Take a stroll along the waterfront to Nacka beach and restaurant J or Kajen "the Quay" for a dinner or just a drink at sunset.
Take the ferry into town instead of the bus. It departs from Nacka Strand. You can also get to beautiful Fjäderholmarna and Djurgården with one of the ferries. For a longer boattrip (1-3hours) I reccomend Waxholm or Grinda.
Nyckelviken Nature Reserve is a stone's throw from here. I usually start the day with a run there.
Great shopping is within walking distance at Sickla mall.

When I'm not working, I read a book, work out, talk to my flowers or hang out with friends. When the weather alow, I take our boat out in Stockholm archipelago.
