Wir hatten das Haus für 4 Wochen gebucht und haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Der Blick und die Lage sind fantastisch und die Umgebung sehr schön. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt. Das Mobiliar ist hier und da ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen, aber alles hat einwandfrei funktioniert. Die Internetverbindung ist sehr gut. Dieses Haus ist ohne Vorbehalte sehr zu empfehlen. Bei der Organisation einer Zwischenreinigung war Bogdan sehr hilfreich und hat auch auf alle unsere (sehr wenigen) Fragen schnell reagiert.

From the moment we moved into the accommodation there was a sense of home. Bogdan was always in touch, even on Friday evening. The house has everything you need for long-term living. Very beautiful view from the terrace to the sea. We will definitely come back again 😊

Fijn, gezellig en ruim huis prachtig gelegen op een berg met uitzicht op zee. Mooie zeer complete keuken. Goede platencollectie in het huis Heerlijk groot gemeenschappelijk zwembad met top tennisbaan! Houd rekening met een steile lange trap naar het strand en centrum Als je te voet wilt gaan. Met de auto rijd je in 5 min naar het strand waar volop parkeerplaats is in het hoogseizoen.

Bogdan's place in L'Estartit is perched high up on a hill overlooking the Mediterranean. the views are incredible. The place is welcoming and added touches like the record collection and guitar were greatly enjoyed. The pool and tennis courts are great and the roof top balcony is fantastic. Thanks Bogdan!

Stylish house, amazing location, and great views. Trail paths are nearby, it is super close to the town and the beach. The house is really comfortable, electric heating available for colder months, wifi for remote work, there is a record player with lots of vinyls, coffee makers, balcony and a roof terrace, and you can keep your car in the garage. Everything is well maintained. We recommend it for nature lovers and longer stays. There are shops in a walking distance from the house, but if you need sth bigger we suggest taking a car (5mins). Bordan is nice and kind.
