Kick back and relax in this luxury lake home. This beautiful new home provides more than just a comfortable place to rest, it is located at the end of a peaceful cul de sac, so you will have everything you need to enjoy some quiet time with friends or family at the lake. You will be less than one mile from Fishlipz Resort and Marina at Pates Ford so bring your boat, or rent one from the marina, and enjoy one of the most beautiful lakes in Tennessee. This home offers three floors of bright, open-concept space, with plenty of room for gatherings. The main floor has a chef's kitchen with everything you need to prepare your own meals at home. There is a dining table with seating for six as well as four barstools for additional seating. There is also a gas grill and dining table on the main level deck for your Summer barbeques. The living space on this level has a queen sleeper sofa. The upper floor has two master suites with ensuite bathrooms and a beautiful deck that overlooks the lake to enjoy your morning coffee or watch the amazing sunsets! On the basement level, you will find the third bedroom with two queen beds and a full bathroom. A dedicated workspace for two with high-speed fiber internet and a printer is located here as well. After the work is done, enjoy another gathering area with a large tv and plenty of board games, or mix up your favorite beverage at the wet bar, which comes equipped with a beverage cooler and ice maker. Take advantage of the walk-out patio, and enjoy the peaceful, relaxing atmosphere, while soaking in the hot tub.

Incredible host for this peaceful getaway. Feels totally secluded and quiet. Amy and Bobby are genuinely friendly and care about your experience. They accommodated us to a detail that no other host ever has. We HIGHLY recommend the house. It’s cozy and large. It’s great for a couples getaway (which is what we used it for) or large groups. We hope to come back. Thanks Amy and Bobby!

It was a completely different experience for us. Beautiful house with a stunning view. The kitchen had everything to cook. The beds are super comfortable. Incredible balconies and a jacuzzi with hot water and very clean. Well, a castle for us. Amy was always in contact with us all the time. She always answered my messages promptly and with complete and accurate information. We are very grateful for the opportunity to be able to spend those 9 days in her home. I hope to repeat that adventure some other year. We appreciate it very much. Thank you

Our stay in Amy’s cabin was wonderful. Beautiful and comfortable home. We enjoyed a great family Thanksgiving meal on Friday and made many wonderful memories. As a an annual tradition for the past 10 years, my husband and I treat our children and grandchildren with a stay at Center Hill lake. This was one of our favorite places to stay so far.

The home was absolutely beautiful. Everything was as described if not better. We enjoyed the gorgeous views from the patio. The hot tub was so clean, our group is already looking to host another trip here soon! Amy was a wonderful host, very responsive, gave clear detailed instructions, and even let us extend our checkout time by several hours.

Amy’s space was incredible and better than expected. The open floor plan on the main floor and the double decker patios made this a perfect space for our group getaway weekend. Additionally, the kitchen is fully stocked with all appliances/tools you could possibly need - so nice! Amy’s instructions and communication was great! Would definitely stay again.
