It is a remodeled single family home spanning almost 2,700 s/f. Whether you are traveling for business or pleasure, you will not be disappointed. You will notice that we are just minutes away from most of the main attractions that Tampa has to offer. We are approx a 30min drive from Tampa Airport and Busch Gardens/ approx. 18 miles from downtown Tampa/ and a similar distance to Ybor and Channelside District and Raymond James Stadium (Bucs Stadium). If you want to enjoy a beach day, we are approx. 20 mins to Apollo Beach and approx. 45 mins to beaches in St Pete and Clearwater. If you prefer, Ride share services such as Uber and Lyft will be quite affordable as all services are in close proximity to the unit. Once you've entered into the unit, you will notice a change from the hustle/bustle and "Eclectic" streets of Tampa, to your own peaceful Oasis. As you enter, you will notice the tasteful yet professional decor. In the living area and kitchen and the majority of the first level, there are light filtering shades, which allow you to keep your privacy in the day and at the same time keeping the space well lit. Features include approx. 2,700 s/f of spacious living space. You will also enjoy a game room which includes a pro-styled 9' pool table, a poker table with seating for four and an arcade styled video game (street fighter). In the garage, there is an also a foosball table and a miniature basketball game. As soon as you approach the front of the house you will note a huge wrap around front porch with patio chairs to sit at and enjoy a cup of coffee. Toward the back of the house, you will have a covered lanai with a patio couch set. An outdoor TV is also located in this area to sit back and enjoy the latest game or a movie. Outside the covered lanai area is an in-ground heated pool to beat the heat during the hot Tampa days. It completely covered so no worry of bugs or anything like that. (We do charge a nominal per day fee to heat the pool for your stay). Located in the covered pool area is a separate outdoor half bath. Outside of the covered lanai and pool is a spacious patio area with a patio lounging set with seating for approx 8 to 10 and a patio table set with seating for an additional 8. In this area also is a propane BBQ grill. The propane tank normally is filled but if it needs to be refilled, there are refill stations in the area for a decent price. So entertainment space is abundant both outside and inside the home. You are sure to enjoy yourself and make lasting memories during your stay at our beautiful completely private home. Only APPROVED and CONFIRMED guests are allowed access into the unit. - Living Area: Enjoy our stylish sectional sofa under vaulted ceiling which gives you an airy feel with views of the covered lanai and pool. You can relax and either watch a movie/ TV series/ or the big game on the 75" Smart TV, enjoy a cocktail, or do both. Just bring your favorite streaming service(s) and enjoy at your leisure for any of the TV's in the unit. Right outside the living area is a half bathroom. - Kitchen: Enjoy preparing your own meals for both you and your family in our open concept kitchen overlooking the dining area and pool. You are sure to have enough counter space for any meal you need to prepare. You can show off your culinary skills, while your guests observe at the (2) kitchen bar stools and the dining room table with seating for 6. Our kitchen have top of the line Stainless Steel Refrigerator, Stove, Oven, Microwave, Dishwasher, Dishes & Utensils, Toaster, Freezer, Kettle, Pots & Pans, Dining Table, Baking Sheet, and Wine Glasses! If you are a Coffee fanatic, you will notice the special coffee area set aside for all things Coffee with an available Coffee Maker/ Chemex and French Press Coffee Maker. - King Bedroom with ensuite: Located upstairs are all the bedrooms. You will enjoy the spacious King suite, with a spacious yet comfortable King Bed. As you enter you will notice, the walk in closet with ample room for your clothes for your stay. You can lay and enjoy watching TV on our 65" Smart TV. Your high end private ensuite bath is equipped with a soaking tub with a bath caddy, shower stall and amazing organic/vegan toiletries. - (2) Queen Bedrooms: Our 2 bedrooms have cozy queen mattresses and both have 50" Smart TV's. As you enter the shared bathroom located right outside the bedrooms, you will find another well styled yet appointed bath, with a tub so you can read your favorite book or enjoy just some "ME" time. - Trundle Room: Trundle room is equipped with 3 single beds (bunk bed style). As you put the kiddies to sleep they can enjoy the mounted 43" TV. - We also have up to 4 available single air mattresses (please request ahead of time) and the sectional sofa in the living room can accommodate up to 2 people comfortably. - Laundry Area: Just so you don't have to return home with soiled clothes, feel free to utilize our full sized washer and dryer for use whenever you need.
