Relax with the whole family at this peaceful escape. Walk on to the beach and enjoy swimming in our beautiful cove. Sit on the deck or by the firepit and watch the water and wildlife. Enjoy a game of darts or table tennis in the game room. Take a long walk along the sandstone seashore. Fire up the grill and enjoy al fresco dining. Mostly just take it easy by the Salish Sea. There are four bedrooms - two up and two down. Two full bathrooms also upstairs and down. A fully equipped kitchen, two living rooms, and a large deck overlooking the ocean. The deck has a barbeque and seating for dining or just enjoying the view. The house sits at the back of the property which rises up from the waterfront. There is a large, terraced garden and firepit. The two garages have been converted into a games room with table tennis and darts. The beach is accessible via a public access path on the north side of the property or directly from the property down the south side. The cove is made up of a pebble beach surrounded by sandstone and gently slopes into the water creating safe shallow areas for young ones and deeper water and diving spots for more experienced swimmers. As the tide goes out a long way the water in summer is a lot warmer than the main channel and protected on days when the wind is up. Eagles, heron and other birds are regular visitors as are seals. Outside the cove you'll often find sea lions and occasionally Orca and Humpback whales.
