We were in Sandakan to celebrate CNY with family and Tai house was perfect for us to host meals and spend time with family that we haven’t met in awhile. The neighbourhood was great. It was close to IJM, we do prefer eating and going to the supermarket in that area.

We were two families, spending a night in Sandakan before our flight out. Tai's place was wonderful. We all had a lot of fun with the games and karaoke set. Would go there again, definitely! Also, Tai was very accommodating with our last minute request for an early checkin. He was throughout extremely professional and responsive

Kudos to Tai for providing a fun cozy space for our large group. Been there for one night to host a farewell party for a friend who loves activities. She said it's like an 'indoor camping' trip for her. Bawling our eyes out & pumping adrenaline in one night. Got functioning, well kept ping pong and pool table, karoake set, foos ball, laundry machine etcetc. Handle with care as there are penalty imposed if broken. For security reasons, Tai asked for a deposit and he'll give back few days after he recheck the house after checkout. In term of parking, could squeeze up till 4 car near the vicinity. All in all, tho its more pricey for a homestay, if u're looking for a comfortable, convenient fun place to hangout with a group of friends in sandakan, then try out this homestay! 👍😁

Great location as its nearby airport and various amenities. Suitable for groups or big family. Good entertainment and activities provided (hope they an upgrade to make a pool in the future, then its complete package!). House is clean and Host is very responsive. Only the thing xan be improve is the towel, pillow and hope host can provide iron in the future as well. All in all its worth the money!
