Communication with the owner was very easy via Airbnb, he gave me instructions on how to check in and it was very easy. The house was overall okay, 2 holes in the ceiling and a few stains in one of the beds and in a towel. There was also a very strong smell in the lower bedrooms. As someone already mentioned, you have to take the stairs from the outside of the bedrooms, which are in the basement, to get to the kitchen and bathroom. It is very cold at night and therefore uncomfortable. The house has a lot of space, a grocery store about 2.5km. Kitchen well equipped, bathrooms were all fairly new and clean and the living room is quite okay. Also a negative point in my opinion is that there is building material everywhere. It´s not like you don't have space because of it, but it just doesn´t look good.

El Chalet es grande y en general está bien. Terrazas y piscina, genial. Pero necesita mejorar en algún aspecto. La zona de la barbacoa esta para reformar. Las habitaciones de abajo solo tienen acceso por una escalera exterior (en invierno, gran inconveniente) sin baño, solo las camas, sin mesitas, sin armario,... falta terminar de acondicionarlas. Nos quedamos a oscuras varias veces porque saltaba el ICP al enchufar todos los radiadores de la casa (tuvimos que ir desenchufado y alternandolos).
