The Tobin Hill Mansion was built in 1910 and completely remodeled in 2022 with a bed and breakfast in mind. The house boasts three floors tastefully decorated with 7 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms, and plenty of comfortable spaces to relax and enjoy each other's company. The living spaces were opened up to allow for entertaining and we added all of the modern amenities. Sleeps up to 27 guests! STR-22-13501317 This is a four story home, three above ground and a basement! The first floor hosts the living area, dining room, kitchen, two bedrooms and a full bathroom. The second floor has three bedrooms and two full bathrooms, and the third floor has two bedrooms, a small living room and a full bathroom. The basement has been converted into a private speakeasy, The Sideways Seven. The backyard has plenty of seating for the entire group, a fire pit, horseshoes, and corn hole.

Nice spot for a large gathering! Great communication, easy check in, and very walkable area. Just an FYI, you cannot open the windows anywhere within the house.
Tobin Hill was a great house to stay in! It provided a very unique experience and more than enough accommodation for 16 people. We had four couples staying at the house with seven kids, and we still had an extra bedroom available. There's one room with a balcony facing the front, which was very relaxing. The house was exceptionally clean, and we felt very comfortable sleeping there. The kids were able to keep busy outside playing football, and the place is conveniently located next to restaurants and a gas station. The Pearl is only 1 mile away! We're looking forward to booking again. The host provided everything we needed to make s'mores, which was very thoughtful. This was one of the best Airbnbs we've stayed at. The driveway was able to accommodate four SUVs. The host was very accommodating and asked if we needed anything, which we appreciated very much. Thank you!

Tobin Hill is one of the most desirable and unique neighborhoods surrounding downtown San Antonio. You can walk to many amazing restaurants and bars, coffee shops and retail stores. It is a safe neighborhood to walk in and you will likely meet some of the friendly neighbors. Additionally The Riverwalk and The Pearl are just a few minutes away if you would like to Uber or if you prefer to walk it is less than 20 minutes. If you like local restaurants check out Cullum's Atta Girl for fried chicken, wings, and beer. If you are looking for a fancy brunch try Nola or Cullum's Atta Boy. Extra Fine is our favorite local coffee shop and their breakfast sandwich is really good. Barbaro has great pizza, La Fonda on Main has flavorful Mexican food and these are just a few of the options all walking distance from the house!
There are plenty of fun things to do within walking distance of the house, but if you are feeling more adventurous an Uber ride to The Pearl or The Riverwalk are only 5-6 minutes. You could also rent an electric scooter but please be careful!
