It was a good place to stay in Yerevan. The apartment is located in a new building in the city center. The kitchen is fully equipped. The only thing that could be better is the desk. It's not very comfortable to work or study there.

The place was fine to stay there for a couple weeks, the location was great because it's the city center The fans outside are quite loud so it's not really possible to have open windows, but we've been using AC all the time. Also the building itself is not that private, I was able to hear how neighbours were talking. The kitchen was equipped ok, we were able to cook food there without huge problems. One of the disappointments was the table in the main room, it was nearly broken and not stable, it was very inconvenient to use that. And also the work table in the bedroom unusable, looks like it's a table for a child because as a normal medium-sized man I was not able to put my legs into this table because it was too small. I wouldn't have noticed and described all these problems if the price was 2-3 times lower, but with such high price I was expecting truly "luxurious" experience. But in fact it's just a place with good AC more or less comfortable bed and it doesn't worth the price.

The host was friendly and responsive and gave additional blanked that I asked. There was a self check-in. The place is very clean but there is a noticeable smell in the bathroom from the pipes. The location is great except it's really noisy when you open a window from some huge ventilation fans outside. The experience in whole was good.
