We had such a wonderful stay here! The place was really clean and beautiful, everything was ready for us to feel right at home, and the view was breathtaking! Scott gave us all the information we needed and quickly responded to any questions. He also gave us the time of the most spectacular moonrise viewable from the cozy balcony! The surrounding area is so peaceful with lots of restaurants and things to do. The beautiful beach is only a few feet away. There was even some beach gear available for us to borrow. The whole family enjoyed it so much, and we will definitely be back very soon!

Scott’s place is beautiful! He’s an excellent, thoughtful host. We enjoyed the bottle of wine, coffee pods, and creamer. Condo location is perfect with amazing ocean views/sunrises. Quick and easy to access the beach or pool with little ones. We all enjoyed having access to beach chairs, towels, umbrellas and sand toys. Highly recommend!

The perfect Jax beach location. Beautiful views over the beach, 3 minutes from the beautiful sands. Great restaurants walkable and easy to get to food shops- Publix and whole foods a few minutes drive. Spotless, great for a couple’s getaway or an extended work stay as I did. Scott was super helpful. I’d have given it 6 stars if I could!

Amazing place. Beautiful views, great quiet clean condo, wonderful amenities. The bed was very comfortable. Felt homey. It was unusually comfortable balcony furniture and we spent a lot of time enjoying the moonrises and sunrises. Thanks, Scott.
