Our apt located in the heart of Southbank with stunning views of crown towers which is just 5 min away on foot along with Eureka sky deck and south wharf DFO very close by activities for all ages are also in the vicinity such as sea life ,kingpin bowling and arcade :maybe you fancy a lovely morning walk along the yarra river 5 min away .CBD is less than 2km away either can walk or take tram which is very close by too The apartment in the heart of Southbank on the 10th floor with tremendous views bed room with super comfortable queen bed with extra blankets in wardrobe there’s an sofa come bed in living area in case there’s any kids / toilet and bathroom is super clean comes with shower gel and shampoo/detergent for ur clothes to wash comes along with dryer kitchen is well equipped with all sort of utensils and there is an dishwasher comes along with soap for ur utensils to clean. Also there’s an smart HD tv placed for the guest to use with all sort of apps plz feel free to use apartment as ur own place and keep it clean as ur own place too thank u

Highly recommend staying at Vik's place! Walking distance from public transport, local restraunts and museums. Vik was very responsive and helpful with any questions I had. The pool and gym were both wonderful amenities that I made sure to use. Wifi was fast and reliable. Would definitely stay here again if I come back to Melbourne.

Amenities and equipment provided work sufficiently and to standards, pool and gym are accessible also which is a great help. The location has many advantages such as being close to CBD but out of way of traffic, Uber and taxi pickup/drop off are done with ease. All materials and necessities are available to be used, and the setting is perfect size for 1 to 2 person stay. Vik is very accommodating and helpful with clear instructions, requests or advice. They are available to be contacted at any time with a adequate response time. Most tourist, local or community attractions and events are 15 to 20 minutes MAX uber or taxi. Great spot to be!

It’s very cool neighborhood they always respect the privacy of the guest as we expect the same from the guests
It’s very easy access by trams through out the city plus it’s an free tram zone as well a lot could be explored by walk as well coz most of the places on walking distance abt the car park it’s off street parking long term parking available on kavanagh street opposite the park which is 2 min walk to the building around 100m
