Matteo's Flat was beautiful and located on a quiet and serene property. I was there for a wedding so admittedly did not get to spend as much time at the pool or on the property as I would have liked. My only cautionary advice, the flat is quiet bare. You will need to stop and get supplies for the kitchen, bring a blowdryer and iron. I am sure Matteo would help source these things if needed but they were not available in the flat.

Tutto Perfetto sin dal primo contatto su airbnb, gentilezza e professionalità in un ambiente magnifico: bella la struttura con piscina e lettini per tutti gli ospiti, curata in tutti i dettagli la casa, pulita e spaziosa. In un punto strategico per visitare le meraviglie non solo del lago ma anche della Toscana e dell'Umbria o semplicemente per rilassarsi immersi nella natura ma con tutti i comfort a disposizione!

Matteo's place was an incredible find located so close to such a beautiful lake. He offered amazing hospitality. Would love to stay a little longer next time!
