Ruth’s place is totally worth the price, is located under the level of the street therefore it has a bit of special rules regarding the drainage of the toilet. There are some funny smells at time, a small water leak in the bedroom and I found some insects in the bedroom. The house was decent clean but not shiny. There are many rules to keep in mind though and it can get stressful. When I arrived the first night, a friend of mine helped me to bring my luggages home, and the next morning Ruth called to say that she was not registered in the booking and that I needed to change the reservation even though she just came in for 5 minutes to help me with some heavy bags. She even sent me screenshots of the cameras at the entrance, I found it creepy but maybe she had very bad experiences in the past of real abusive guests but that was not our case.

Das Airbnb war sauber und auch dem Inserat entsprechend. Die Wohnung wurde während dem Aufenthalt gereinigt. Wir mussten kein WC-Papier kaufen was au sehr gut war. Das Internet war super und auch. Die Unterkuft war alles in allem seht gut.

The flat is very good, the only problem is that there are no windows and when using the hot tub a lot of humidity condenses. Ruth was very kind and everything was very clean.

My wife and I stayed here on our trip to Madrid with our young daughter. It was great and exactly what we were looking for. It is modern, spacious and fully equipped with everything you will need. They were very helpful in accommodating our 2 year old daughter which saved us alot of hassle as we flew over from the UK. The host Ruth is absolutely lovely and very helpful if you need her. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a nice relaxing, private getaway that is close enough to the train station that you can get practically anywhere in Madrid. We hope to stay there again in the future.
