Judy was wonderful! The home is a new, beautiful home with gorgeous pool & spa & use of a golf cart to get around the town, with its stores, restaurants, churches, university & more! Everything you could need & very responsive host. Great value. Our family enjoyed our stay & plan to stay again!! Highly recommend! A++++++

Overall the amenities and location were exactly as advertised. Very close to downtown Ave Maria and the campus. The host did respond to all my questions. There were limited pillows for sleeping. There were only two decorative pillows in the master bedroom. Likewise there were not any spare pillows for the hideaway bed(s). There was an ant infestation throughout the kitchen (counters, walls, stove, drawers) and a considerable population of spiders. We had to remove several spiders from inside the home/bedrooms/bathrooms. There were also a considerable spider population around the pool/jacuzzi/screened in backyard. All of these are simple things to address and would greatly improve the experience for future renters.

We had the most delightful stay in Ave Maria at Judy and Ken's house. It was pristine and comfortable, and while all of Ave Maria has a great small-town feel, this location (cute family neighborhood easy walking distance to town) was really perfect. We also appreciated being able to use the golf cart, as that is just the ideal way to get around. We stayed in July, which was super hot, but were so pleased to find that the pool was cool and pleasant - we used it a lot! We found the locals very friendly and welcoming. Kitchen had all we needed, beds were comfy, they even provided pool towels for us to use. Great stay!

The positives: The house was very nice, clean and well stocked with essentials, such as garbage bags, paper goods, cleaning supplies and all cooking necessities such as spices, condiments, pots and pans, etc. There was a nice coffee pot with k-cup option and a bean grinder! There was also a nice supply of coffee. The beds were firmer than I prefer, but very comfortable nonetheless. The neighborhood was clean, quiet and we felt very safe. I liked that we were able to use the garage and golf cart. We made several trips on it to the town, playground and water park. The kids loved the pool and spa - very clean and relaxing! The host was exceptionally responsive and allowed us a late check out due to our evening flight. The negatives: The master bedroom closet was locked/not available for use and the work room/office was not available as advertised on the listing. Overall, this was a great place to stay, and we would definitely stay again!
