An independent 3+1 BHK Farm Villa located at a 30-acre Farmhouse Retreat called Aravali Fantasia near Courtyard by Marriott Aravali (1KM) and Lalit Mangar (5KM) at a 30-minute drive from either Gurgaon, South Delhi or Faridabad. The farmhouse serves as an ideal place for family staycations/ no stags, leisure escapes, private celebrations, corporate retreats and more. The property can be booked individually, or in combination with other properties - Please read the detailed description below. Our property is part of a 30-acre Private Farmhouse township project called Aravali Fantasia, which has multiple farmhouses hosted by us. The estate is managed by us and is being set up as a unique vacation destination for quick escapes. The current listing is for a property called Jacranda which is a 3 +1 BHK farmhouse on 2 acres of land. Other listings (currently live) are called Tapovan(3BHK), Vedika (3 BHK), Shailja (4BHK) & Petunia (2BHK), which can also be booked separately in case more rooms are required. We have currently made 5 Farm Villas, and the Clubhouse operational, and a few more villas are getting ready to host more guests soon.. so stay tuned :) ~Property Layout~ - 2 Acre Private Farm Villa - rented as entire/independent property only - 3 bedrooms with attached bathrooms (for 6 guests) - 1 additional room (which also works as a bedroom) but does not have a bathroom. This room has 3 single beds for extra guests. - Two bedrooms are located on the ground floor and the third bedroom and the additional room are on the first floor - Living room with dining area on ground floor - Kitchen with all basic appliances like microwave, gas stove, refrigerator, mixer grinder, RO water purifier, toaster, cookware, cutlery crockery, etc. Max Sleeping Guest Capacity: 10 Pax including kids above age 5. Recommended Sleeping: 6 guests ~Amenities~ - The Master bedroom and Living room are fitted with LED / LCD TVs - The property is air-conditioned (for summer months) through split air conditioners and heated (for winter months) using heat convectors/halogen heaters (no central heating/air conditioning). - Work-friendly Wi-Fi (coverage in the Main villa only) - Hot water available through geysers - 100% power backup - Fresh clean Linen is provided at every check-in - Housekeeping is provided daily between 9 AM - 11 AM ~Recreation~ * A swimming pool which is located at the clubhouse of the estate is accessible to our guests. The clubhouse is approx. 100 mts away from the farmhouse. * The swimming pool is a shared pool (70 Ft Length X 40 Ft Width X 6 Ft Depth) and will be used by other residents/guests of our other listings in the same compound, like in a hotel. * The swimming pool will be operational from 3 PM - 9 PM * Badminton, Volleyball and cricket apparatus are available for our guests to enjoy their stay * A Music System has been provided in the living room. Our music system is not battery compatible and cannot be carried out of the main villa. For our guests to enjoy music around the pool area, we recommend carrying a battery-operated dock (not provided by us) * Barbecue apparatus is available for our guests to use. Guests are welcome to bring their coal and use the apparatus free of any charge. If coal is to be provided by us, the same is chargeable at ₹ 1000 per usage. * Bonfire can be provided in winter (in outdoor areas only) and is chargeable at ₹ 1500 per bonfire (for 3 hours). ~Swimming Pool Rules~ - Our swimming pool is an outdoor pool (not operational between Nov - Mar) - The pool is a shared pool with other residents/guests, so our guests will be required to maintain decorum when inside - Pool usage timings are 3:00 PM - 9:00 PM - Jumping in the pool at any end is strictly prohibited (For safety reasons) - Using proper swimwear is mandatory. Guests will not be allowed inside the pool without proper pool clothing. - Taking food/alcohol inside the pool is strictly prohibited. It is permitted to sit around on the deck area and have alcohol/food. - Only disposable/plastic glasses are allowed in the deck area. Beer bottles/glassware is strictly prohibited in the deck area (Beer cans / Disposable / Plastic glassware is allowed) - Non-swimmers and kids (unattended) are not allowed to enter our pool area - Our guests are solely and explicitly liable for using the pool at their own risk - Any mishap/accident in the pool shall have no responsibility, explicit or implied on the host, its associates, the owners of the property or any / of the workers at the property - Non-compliance with swimming pool rules will not be tolerated and will lead to immediate cancellation of the booking with no refund. Any guest found jumping in the pool / carrying beer bottles/glasses to the deck area will be fined Rs. 25,000 for non-compliance (This is for the safety of guests). - Guests will be asked to sign a liability disclaimer before entering the swimming pool - Pets are strictly not allowed in and around the pool area. ~Meals & Dining~ - Meal services are available from our meal partners at an extra cost (minimum 3 days booking). Our team will connect you to our meal partners to help with your cooking arrangement after the booking is made. - Zomato delivery options are available till 7:30 PM (limited options) - We do not have a cook that can be provided ~Security~ - The farm is fully secured by a boundary and the entry gates are only opened by our staff for our guests. Our entry gates close by 11 p.m. for security reasons. - If late-night access is required, the same is chargeable extra at Rs. 1000 per day. ~Hosting Events & Gatherings~ * Our farm villa can be booked for intimate private celebrations, birthday parties, family affairs, corporate events, pre/post-wedding events, etc. Our property can accommodate up to 150 guests easily. * For events larger than 150 guests, they can be hosted in our clubhouse area which can accommodate up to 500 guests (charges as applicable). * Parties/gatherings are allowed in the lawn area only. * To host an intimate event a charge of Rs. 500 per head will be added to the base price of the property (as listed here) towards property rental for hosting the event. ~Rates for Events ~ * For events with up to 50 guests - a charge of Rs. 2000 per head is applicable towards property rental (including up to 10 guests stay). If the stay is booked through Airbnb, then the amount paid via the platform will be adjusted in this amount. In case guests want catering the charge will be Rs. 3500 per head including venue rental and a base catering package. * For events of 50-100 guests - a charge of Rs. 1500 per head is applicable towards property rental (including 10 guests stay). If the stay is booked through Airbnb, then the amount paid via the platform will be adjusted in this amount. In case guests want catering the charge will be Rs. 3000 per head including venue rental and a base catering package. * For events larger than 100 guests - a charge of Rs. 1250 per head is applicable towards property rental (including 10 guests stay). If the stay is booked through Airbnb, then the amount paid via the platform will be adjusted in this amount. In case guests want catering the charge will be Rs. 2750 per head including venue rental and a base catering package. * Our standard catering is excellent Indian / Mughlai (Veg / Non-Veg) catering which will include 3 Snacks and 3 Main course options along with bread and salads. * A premium menu with more items can be done at a marginally additional cost. * We also recommend adding on coastal Indian catering starting at Rs. 400 per head additional * We can also organize high-end multi-cuisine catering (ranging between 1800 - 2500 per head) through our premium catering partners like Haus Catering (Asian Haus), Seasons, Kwality, F&B and many more. * We can help with affordable high-end decor packages from our partners like Designer Events, Chapter 2 events, etc. Airbnb policy does not permit us to share contact details before a confirmed booking, hence please use the designated messenger if you have any queries before booking. ~Music Rules~ - Loud Music / DJs are allowed till 11:30 p.m. Playing ambient music at a respectable level is permitted after that. - Music systems need to be used at their designated place only. - Partying inside the villa is not allowed. *PLEASE NOTE*: - We have to be punctual with our timings, as we need sufficient time to clean, reset and sanitize the space for our next guests. Each guest is important to us, and one guest's delay will lead to another guest's experience being compromised. So, we request you to please adhere to the timings.
