Great place with new furniture and appliances. AC works welll as well as WiFi . Host is very responsive.

Easy to find, next to a fitness center. View of mountain from the patio. Great ventilation. All appliances and furniture brand new. Felt very loved. Super clean. Everything you need and more. Except a coffee maker. WiFi with desk, flat screen television on wall with wifi tv. Full kitchen and refrigerator. Hot hot hot shower! Air conditioning and also a powerful fan on wall. The area is lively, but not loud. Lots to do and see! Restaurants and cafe's all over I recommend walking up the mountain in the morning sometime. it's fun to meet locals this way. Short Uber ride to Zona Romantica, the ocean, beaches and tourist stuff. Highly recommend Jose's place. You will not find anything this modern for this price. Almost forgot to tell you on Tuesdays, in this area, is a local flea market. With the best produce, clothes, toys, car parts, EVERYTHING. Just ask a local and they will let you know what's up with the flea market.
