We had several issues with the management company EVOLVE and cleaning company. I called the morning after we arrived. EVOLVE said they had 24/7 customer service. I spoke to someone at EVOLve, they then had the cleaning service call me back. The cleaning service told me that the contract with this property had been canceled. no one else called me back. Frustrating The beds were not made upon arrival.. master bedroom only had a top sheet. Duvet had no covers. Other bedrooms only had fitted sheets, no top sheets, NO duvet covers. We got bath towels but no hand towels were provided. They provided paper towels in the bathrooms instead of hand towels. We specifically asked if there was a drip coffee maker and were told there was one. There was only a keurig and nesspresso. The TV in the master was a ROKU, which did not work. The TV in the living room and basement worked ok. Just difficult to use. Full garbage& recycling cans were found at the curb. Not picked up during R stay

Great house, safe neighborhood, home had comfortable, stylish and practical furniture for our family of 6 traveling. When we got there the pack n play was missing from the house but they had a brand new one to us by 730pm the same night. Cannot complain one bit as those things happen and the important part is they fixed the issue promptly. Overall wonderful home and would rent again next time we are in the area.

Great home. Plenty of places to spend time with family. Couches were great to gather and beds were comfortable. Laundry room was spacious and helpful. Clean and welcoming environment. Outdoor spaces were wonderful from porches to the outside seating. A few notes: Kitchen is small but well equipped. If you plan to cook bring some measuring cups. They only had 1/4 c so that was fun:). Lighting is dark at night. Several bulbs were burnt out. Only 8 towels so if you have all 8 guests you may want to bring a couple extra in case some are still wet. The basement is quite damp. A dehumidifier would go a long way. Neighbors were not happy that the home is an air b and b and were very vocal about that fact. A calm conversation smoothed some of them over. All bedrooms are upstairs and can be challenging if you have multi generations together. All in all would definitely return.
