Its a charming studio unit surrounded with mango trees. Its at the exact boundary of tourist towns Moalboal and Badian. The unit is inside our family compound with green lawns and coconut palms. Its an airconditioned room with a queen size bed, smart tv/Netflix's ready, hot and cold shower, strong WIFI, mini fridge, kettle and toaster. Scooter Rental Is available at the property 110 cc - 350php 125 cc - 450 We Serve Breakfast ( not included in the room rate) The room is on the ground floor, the building has two studio units next to each other. The room has its own bathroom, working area, service table with sink, kettle and toaster.

Our stay at Villa Alessandra was amazing! The owners & the staff are great people and you can tell how much they care about the place; they are truly building something special here. If you plan on visiting moalboal and it’s surroundings, this is the place to stay!
It's a great experience, clean and tidy. The host responds quickly, is very enthusiastic and helpful, and the breakfast is delicious. It takes 15 minutes to drive a motorcycle to the beach.

Ate Jeaneth and Kuya Sandro were very accommodating and attentive. We arrived early and we were able to check in early! They sorted out most of our activities and were very quick to respond to our requests. We would’ve loved to stay longer! Can’t wait to go back.
