The property is self-catering with a private swimming pool within the beautiful outside entertainment area which includes braai facilities under the stars, dart board, lounge suite and loungers to bask in the sun or sip on your beverages. An Umbrella is also available if needed (Only for use at house) The patios off both bedrooms have a scenic view of the dam. Please be very cautious with small children on balconies. Smoking is allowed on balconies with chairs and table available. Main bedroom has full air-conditioning. All rooms have heated blankets on beds with extra blankets if needed in winter. Tissues, mosquito pads and other household essentials are provided. Fans are also available during summer. A magnificent 55 inch TV available with full DSTV together with Netflix and Showmax. Full Wi-fi throughout house and entertainment area outside. Inside braai area with 8 seater table also available, along side a pool table and additional large fridge. Many card/board games available, please feel free to bring your own as well. Kitchen has a standard fridge as well as a mini bar fridge. Gas Heater for the chilly evenings and luxurious throws to keep you warm if needed. All Charlotte Rhys products in bathrooms (shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, liquid soaps etc) Water Purifier in kitchen for drinking water. All bath sheets supplied. Please bring your own swimming towels. Salt, pepper, toothpicks, serviettes and paper plates provided as well as tea, coffee and sugar on your arrival. Guest Access : Guests have access to entire house except the garage Bring fire wood and charcoal for braai and fires. Can be bought at shops in Vaal Marina (within 1km radius) Fire blanket in kitchen in case of any fire together with fire extinguisher. Extra fire extinguisher at outside entertainment area. First Aid kit available. Bring your own umbrellas and gazebo if you require extra for the waterfront. Bath sheets supplied on beds but NOT allowed at swimming pool or dam area. Children friendly (does not mean the area is child proof). Please ensure the safety of your children at all times especially the staircase, patios off balconies and pool area. The pool has no net covering and pool is not fenced off. Please be cautious when swimming as tiles can be slippery when wet. No running, diving or rough play to ensure your safety. Pool is elevated above ground so be cautious on edges around pool. Please be cautious when using glassware at pool area and braai area. Darts and dart board available at outside entertainment area with plug point for radios, speakers, charges etc. (Speakers not provided, you may bring your own - please keep the music down after 11pm) The dam is approximately 2 minutes drive to access waterfront. Your access to waterfront is at NO CHARGE (FREE) and you will be issued with two green tags to access into and out of the waterfront (Please make sure if you tag in, that the same tag is used to tag out - tags will not work if used incorrectly). Please do not lose these tags otherwise you will be charged for them. The waterfront has the following: A kiosk to buy drinks, food, ice etc if needed. Undercover Braai facilities with chairs and braai facility. Wonderful Fishing spots . Full children Playground with swings and slides etc. Toilets on site (Access granted with tag used to get into the waterfront). Launching facility for your boat or jetski. Safe storage of Trailers on site. Beautiful sunsets/sundowners in evening at waterfront. No open fires will be permitted on the waterfront - please only make fires within the braai facilities provided.
