The house was as described and in a quiet neighborhood. It was close to Talladega which was perfect for us. The beds were comfortable. The street parking was a little frustrating at times but we made it work!

Tanisha was a great host. She was extremely responsive even when we needed to extend our visit and communicated quickly. The house was easy to find and was extremely clean. There are several homes in the neighborhood that are run-down but it looks as if people are buying them and fixing them up. We did not, however, feel unsafe. The town has super cool architecture and there is a an old cemetery across the street with a headstone dating to the 1700s! There is also a beautiful Episcopalian church within walking distance. Check out the Mexican restaurant downtown called Besitos - very good! Also drive through the downtown and see the beautiful old buildings. What a gem!
