The second living room has a beautiful sofa, Keyboard, Large TV- perfect for kids and watching movies! -All beds complete with fresh sheets changed after every single guest. -Complimentary Wi-Fi, Netflix in the living room, bonus room/loft, and in Master Bedroom, tea and coffee. The kitchen comes fully loaded with stainless steel appliances such as a microwave, fridge, induction electric stove and dishwasher along with glasses, mugs, dishes, and cutlery. -Our induction electric cooker works only with induction pots (pots provided). This lowers the risk of fire when other items are accidentally placed on it. However, ensure pots are removed from the surface and placed on the pot mats after cooking. -Our blinds on the main floor living room and kitchen area have a remote control. They can each be controlled individually or all at once. (Channel 0 is for all blinds, while other channels 1, 2, 3 are for each individual blind) -We have a Keyboard in the Bonus room/loft to play at your leisure time however damages to the keyboard will be charged directly to the guest. Once you stay with us, you'll feel like you're simply staying at a home you own! What some of our guests do not love that much about our listing: -Our home is quite NEW construction which is amazing with all beautiful finishes and furniture. However, because it is a new neighborhood as well, there is a bit of construction still ongoing around the neighborhood. There could potentially be some construction noise. -Guest do not have access to our separate basement suite except when absolutely necessary for example: To store your luggage temporarily.
