over all the place is alright. we have our private place where we can park our vehicle. I wish the rooms had a place to put the luggage or something. Although we encountered some issues, Batch was very responsive in addressing those issues.

Happy to have stayed here and to have found a place to book at the last minute! Lubay looks just the same as the photos. Location is great. It’s surrounded by restaurants and small shops where you can get essentials (uling, ice, drinks, etc.). The beach is just a few minutes away. Communication is smooth and easy! Karla was always available and responds promptly. WiFi doesn’t reach the rooms, but signal is strong in the outdoor dining area. Overall, would recommend!

It was a great stay with my family during our 3 days stay. The place is so relaxing specially at night. There's a big parking space/tambayan where we setup our tent. Also, our furbabies are free to roam inside the premises so it's a plus for us. Overall, we were satisfied. Thank you Batch for accommodating us. Thank you Lubay Villas 💯

Batch was real helpful and very accommodating to all our questions. We brought our two dogs with us on our trip and they had a blast roaming aroung the secured perimeter. The check-in was smooth and easy as the directions were very clearly explained by Batch. Private parking space was a plus since our family rode on 2 different vehicles. Upon arrival, the caretaker handed the keys to the rooms and gave brief instructions for the place. The rooms were very clean and well-coolled by the airconditioning. The bathrooms were spacious and well lit. Kitchen amenities were complete including a drip coffee maker which was a big plus since we brought coffee grounds with us. We had a great time using the firepit at night, as well. Overall, will reccommend and will hopefully get a chance to book again! ✅️✅️✅️

Lubay is a wonderful place to relax and unwind with family. The host allowed us to have an early check in and was welcomed by their caretaker. We’ll definitely be back here!
