What an experience! The villa is complete luxury and so much better than the pictures. Very spacious, clean, private and the views are incredible. Perfect for a family / friends getaway would highly recommend. The bedrooms and living areas are so clean and well kept, the beds are so so comfortable! Nikos was very welcoming and always on hand to assist with anything we needed. The maids were lovely and gave us cake each morning that they attended. Nothing was too much for them, it made our stay 100 times more comfortable. At the end of our trip, we left for the airport and forgot one of our bags, Nikos drove it to the airport to give to us, it was extremely kind of him to help. We would 100% go back to this amazing villa, thank you Nikos!
The experience we had during our stay at the Lady Sea Villa was no other than absolutely incredible! Just as promised by the hosts, we felt not like customers but more like personal guests of the Villa. The house is gorgeously designed and the view from almost every window and corner of the house is breathtaking! The facilities are on the highest level. Every room has its own separate bathroom and the two master bedrooms are absolutely outstanding! The pool, the internal elevator, the sauna, the gym are all on such high standards. The walk down the stairs that lead from the garden to the hidden private beach seem like out of a movie scene. The Villa is fully, generously equipped (kitchens, rooms, barbecue, pool etc) with a thought and conside of every little detail. The days we spent at this dreamy house were calm and relaxing, extremely enjoyable and that was due to the personal care of Nikos and the staff of the Villa. We would love to return to this in the future!

The Villa is located in Palaiokastro - Heraklion, in centre of the island and only 15 min away from the airport. It is a great starting point to explore Chania (2 h 20 min) and less than an hour away from Rethymno or Elounda. Palaiokastro offers easy access to the iconic sceneries of southern Crete.
The coastal Palaiokastro boasts its own historic landmarks, like the Palaiokastro fortress, one of the most important medieval monuments of the island, the Venetian lime kiln monument which is completely restored and one of the numerous attraction of the area, the Church of Panagia Spiliotissa; built in a cave inside the canyon of Palaiokastro. It is invitingly close to some of the most beautiful beaches of Crete.
The nearby Heraklion that presents wonderful night views to the guests of Lady Sea, features a plethora of cultural traces: From the bronze age palace of Knossos -also known as the Palace of Minos at the southeast of the city- to the antiquity gems of the Heraklion Archaeological Museum, the city’s Arab past as well as its Byzantine, Venetian, Ottoman and Modern eras, create an appealing visual narration. Framed by the old harbour fortress, Heraklion culture, history, nature, architecture, art, gastronomy, beach and night life, grant guests with a pluralism of options concerning their vacation experiences.

By Car from the airport:
Take the National Road (green signs, directions to Heraklion / Rethymnon. Stay on the National Road, and you go always straight, passing the city of Heraklion on your right. Pass also Palaiokastron and its bridge, and 2 1/2 km after, on your right, you will see a sign "Villa Octo". This is exactly where you need to exit the National Road. The road is rural at the beginning (dirt) and after 200 meters is made of cement. Pass Villa Octo on your right, and follow the downhill road for 500 meters, which leads to the house (it is the last house). The entrance of the house is through a small private alley.
