This is a standalone cabin located away from the main dwelling on the same property, carefully positioned for utmost privacy from every aspect. There are 2 bedrooms with a queen size bed in each - comfortably sleeping 4. There is a click-clack fold-down bed suitable for a small adult. The extra bed needs to be requested, or it will be set up as a games couch. We are an extremely popular accommodation option for local weddings and events at Flaxton Gardens, Montville and Mapleton. We have no facilities for children and the cabin is not set up to accommodate children. Adults only 18+. Our cabin legally sleeps 4. There is a fee charged at time of booking for more than 4 guests. Alternatively the extra guest fee can be charged before check out, considering plans can change. Safety conscious - fire alarms are installed, with a fire blanket and extinguisher accessible. Well behaved pets are welcome upon request. Follow the Guest Access and parking instructions - our driveway is steep and has a turnaround bay for 1 car only! Use the 3-point turnaround bay to park, so you can safely drive forwards up our driveway to exit. There is a sloping concrete path leading down from the driveway to the cabin. Guests will be comfortable, with a fully-equipped kitchen, shower and vanity in bathroom, ceiling fans, air-conditioning, study nook for work from home and high speed wi-fi.
