Great location located in harrow town center unfortunately the check in for us wasn’t as smooth as we wanted the cleaner was still getting the flat ready for us Apartment was cute no lifts and a horrible staircase to get to the flat and broken from door. Horrible smell in flat nicely decorated no hand wash provided for guests towels where still damp should have two sets instead of washing the same one

Clean and spacious, there were a few basic essentials missing from the kitchen which we communicated and hopefully will be rectified.

One of the locks didn't work so I was left exposed during the entire stay with one single working lock. Host lied and said they would get a locksmith in ASAP to resolve the issue and never did despite my continuous chasing. I was left sitting outside the property for 2 hours before I could get in. I was then left in an insecure property for 10 nights. As a single woman you can appreciate how concerning this is. The apartment was dirty with dusty countertops and window sills, dirty dishes and hair in the bath and on the floor. All the towels were dirty with black stains leaving me unable to shower the first night as the host refused to solve the issue in good time. The property has potential to be great regarding space and location but the negligence of the host ruined the entire stay and they are now refusing to compensate 1 night's stay as I've reasonably requested. Overall the host was dishonest, negligent and unsympathetic to the circumstances they had left me in.
