This 2 bed 1 bath house is located blocks away from Unity Park, the Swamp Rabbit trail and the award winning downtown Greenville, SC. Our unique space is pet friendly and includes a fenced in back yard with gates on either side of the house. Walking distance to Downtown as well as the Swamp Rabbit trail gives you the experience to be close to it all.

Had a great stay! Beautiful home that was clean and close to a lot of local restaurants and attractions. Mr. Joseph was kind and had quick responses to any questions I had. Would love to come back again!
It was a great stay beginning to finish. Very comfortable bed and couch. Great yard as well. Was able to easily walk to a nice park and downtown as well. Just had a great time!
The house is just outside of downtown Greenville, so everything is just a short trip away! The interior of the house was very nice, and had two comfortable beds and a large sofa. The check-in process was super easy and very smooth. Overall, it was a nice stay in a great location. I highly recommend it!

A bus route let's off at the end of our street on West Washington Ave. What makes Greenville particularly special is the fact that it is so walkable or even bikeable. Please check out our welcome binder to see where you can rent bikes. Uber/Lyft are very reasonable in this area; and if you aren't walking but driving your own car, remember that most garages are free downtown Greenville on Friday/Saturday & Sundays. Our favorite centrally located garage that is free is at the 66 Richardson St garage.
