With sleeping arrangements for up to 6, this spacious guest suite has a private entrance. The pool area is shared with the owner’s family and also heated in the winter months for enjoyment year-round. Enjoy selections of coffee, tea, hot chocolate and cookies. The space has a living room with electric fireplace, television, futon sofa, and an additional sleeping chair that converts into a single bed. There is a table for four, but we provide dishes and glassware for 6. The kitchen is fully equipped with all you need to prepare meals or bake something special. We provide basic spices, oils, condiments, sugar, and drinks such as tea, coffee and cocoa. The bathroom has a full-sized tub, hair dryer, and bath products including shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The bedroom has a king-sized bed and another television. We provide Netflix and Paramount free of charge. The televisions are smart and you are able to log into any subscription you have. We also have a double/queen air mattress that is located in the bedroom closet for 2 additional guests. There are ample USB charging ports throughout the casita in the living room and bedroom. If you require anything in particular, please advise and we will do our best to accommodate your desires. The location is 5 minutes from downtown Washington City and I-15 highway access. Zion National Park is approximately 30 minutes drive.
